Everyone is told to dress professionally and be early to an
interview but what are the commonly overlooked tips? I have found a few tips to
be crucial during my personal interviewing experience.
You absolutely must research the company, know their values,
and be well versed on the job description for what position you’re applying
for.
Before your interview make a short list of accomplishments
or experiences you have had that you want to mention. Usually the same list of
5 activities can be adapted to answer the majority of interview questions. Plus
you want to make sure to talk about all of the awesome things you have done!
Ask for a business card or contact information at the end of
your interview so that you can follow up with a Thank You note and maybe
contact them further if they take a while to get back to you.
