Quick Tip Tuesday

As the semester is coming to a close, we all get a little bit on-edge as we try to get our grades up to where we want them to be and finish those end-of-semester projects and exams. As my stress level rises, I feel as if my appetite does as well. My time is limited and I just don’t have time to spend on cooking meals, nor do I even know where to begin if I want them to be remotely healthy. I rely on comfort foods (and fast food; let’s face it, Chik-fil-a calls my name on a daily basis) to pull me through to the end of the year, and just tell myself, “It’s okay, I’ll eat healthy when the semester is over.” This year, instead of letting my diet go to the way-side while I focus my attention on studying, I decided to look up some quick and easy, healthy alternatives that will be just as satisfying. Check out some easy, healthier alternatives below. You can feel good about your health and do well in school all at the same time!

Yours Truly,
