Job shadowing is a great way to observe a day in the life
for a career you are interested in. This is perfect if you are considering a
few different careers and don’t know which one would be best for you.
Students need to begin by researching local professionals
and finding a position that is interesting to them. Once a professional that
you would be interested in shadowing has been located, send a nice email or
phone call stating that you are interested in pursuing a career similar to
theirs, and you were curious if you could set a day up to shadow them.
